BrainCorp specializes in providing advice to middle market companies seeking to consummate fairly straightforward up to quite complex transactions, involving mergers, acquisitions or other corporate transactions, including reorganization. BrainCorp acts as an intermediary to facilitate such transactions. It also acts as a broker and/or financial and strategic advisor for clients, looking to raise capital or other type of financing. BrainCorp will also partner with various investment entities, including private equity firms or family offices, seeking investment opportunities in the Manufacturing, Renewables, Construction, Manufacturing, IT, Energy and Mining industries.
